Rephrasy AI Affiliate Program: 5,000 clicks, zero conversions, zero response

I joined the Rephrasy AI affiliate program on October 22, 2024. Over the months that followed, I sent them close to 5,000 clicks through my affiliate links. The result? Zero leads. Zero conversions. Zero earnings.

That's not a low conversion rate. That's no tracking at all.

The numbers

Here's what my Tolt dashboard looked like after months of promoting Rephrasy:

4,944 clicks. Not a single lead registered. Not a single customer tracked. $0.00 in total earnings.

For context, I was promoting Rephrasy alongside other AI tools during the same period. My other affiliate programs were tracking clicks, leads, and conversions just fine. The traffic was real. The clicks were real. The tracking on Rephrasy's end was not.

I reached out to them

On May 9, 2025, I sent Rephrasy a message about the tracking issue. I included a screenshot of the dashboard and asked them to look into why Tolt wasn't registering any leads or conversions from my links.

Their response came the same day. Short and to the point:

"We gonna check." That was it. No follow-up. No fix. No explanation. As of writing this, I haven't heard back from them since.

What this means for affiliates

If you're thinking about joining the Rephrasy affiliate program, be aware that their tracking through Tolt may not be working at all. I sent them nearly 5,000 clicks over several months and didn't see a single lead or conversion register in the dashboard.

It's possible there's a technical issue on their end that they haven't fixed. It's also possible the tracking was never set up properly in the first place. Either way, the result is the same: you could spend months creating content and sending traffic to Rephrasy without ever seeing a commission.

I'm not saying Rephrasy is intentionally scamming affiliates. But I am saying their affiliate tracking doesn't work, they know about it, and they haven't done anything to fix it in over a year.

If you're an affiliate, your time and traffic have value. Don't waste either on a program that can't even track your referrals.

What is Rephrasy?

Rephrasy is an AI paraphrasing and content rewriting tool. They run their affiliate program through Tolt. The program itself promises commissions on referred customers, but based on my experience, the tracking infrastructure isn't functional.

The bottom line
